రాష్ట్రంలో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగాల భర్తీకి ఏటా జనవరిలో క్యాలెండర్‌ విడుదల చేస్తామని, దానికి అనుగుణంగా అన్ని శాఖల్లో ప్రభుత్వం నియామక ప్రక్రియ చేపడుతుందని విద్యాశాఖ మంత్రి ఆదిమూలపు సురేశ్‌ వెల్లడించారు. ఉపాధ్యాయ నియామకాలపై ముఖ్యమంత్రి వైఎస్‌ జగన్‌ సమీక్షించి సమగ్ర కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక ఇచ్చారని తెలిపారు. డీఎస్సీ నియామకాలపై అసెంబ్లీలో అధికార పార్టీ ఎమ్మెల్యే ఆర్కే అడిగిన ప్రశ్నకు మంత్రి సమాధానమిస్తూ.. టీచర్ల పోస్టుల భర్తీకి ఖాళీలు గుర్తించి డీఎస్సీ నిర్వహణకు సన్నద్ధమవ్వాల్సి ఉంటుందన్నారు. డీఎస్సీ–2018కి సంబంధించి న్యాయస్థానాల్లో కేసులు కూడా ఉన్నాయని, అవి పరిష్కారమయ్యాక ఖాళీగా ఉన్న పోస్టులను భర్తీ చేస్తామని వెల్లడించారు.

ఈలోపు పాఠశాలల్లో విద్యాబోధనకు ఇబ్బందిలేకుండా ఉండేందుకు 7 వేల మంది అకడమిక్‌ ఇన్‌స్ట్రక్టర్లను నియమిస్తామన్నారు. మూడు నెలలకు రూ. 12 కోట్ల వ్యయంతో అకడమిక్‌ ఇన్‌స్ట్రక్టర్ల నియామకానికి సంబంధించిన ఫైలును సీఎం పరిశీలన కోసం పంపించామన్నారు. విద్యార్థులు– ఉపాధ్యాయుల నిష్పత్తిలో పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేస్తామన్నారు. తమ ప్రభుత్వం అధికారంలోకి వచ్చాక 15 వేల మంది ఉపాధ్యాయులకు పదోన్నతులు కల్పించామని తెలిపారు

కానీ 1999లో అప్ప‌టి ప్ర‌భుత్వం CARD( కంప్యూటర్ ఎయిడెడ్ అడ్మినిస్ట్రేషన్ ఆఫ్ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ డిపార్ట్‌మెంట్) విధానం అమ‌లులోకి తెచ్చింది. కంప్యూట‌ర్ ఆధారిత రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్స్ డిపార్ట్ మెంట్ పేరుతో రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్లను కంప్యూట‌రీక‌ర‌ణ చేశారు. దాంతో ఈ ప్ర‌క్రియ కొంత సులభతరం, వేగవంతం అయ్యింది.
ఈ విధానంతో అక్ర‌మ రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ల‌కు కూడా కాస్త అడ్డుకట్ట ప‌డింద‌ని స్టాంప్స్ అండ్ రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్స్ శాఖ మాజీ అధికారి కె. వెంక‌టేశ్వ రావు చెప్పారు.
ఆయ‌న బీబీసీతో "1999 వ‌ర‌కూ రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్స్ వ్య‌వ‌హారం చాలా పెద్ద ప్ర‌క్రియ‌గా ఉండేది. రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్స్ కూడా త‌క్కువ‌గా జ‌రిగేవి. కానీ 2003 నాటికి రియ‌ల్ ఎస్టేట్ బూమ్ రావ‌డంతో భూముల కొనుగోళ్లు, అమ్మ‌కాలు కొన్ని రెట్లు పెరిగాయి. అదే స‌మ‌యంలో సీఏఆర్డీ విధానం వల్ల సిబ్బంది సంఖ్య పెర‌గ‌క‌పోయినా రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ల ప్ర‌క్రియ‌కు ఆటంకం లేకుండా పోయింది. కంప్యూట‌ర్లలో రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్లు చేయడం స‌ర్వే నెంబ‌ర్లు, మిగతా వివ‌రాల్లో త‌ప్పుల‌కు ఆస్కారం బాగా త‌గ్గింది" అన్నారు.

ద‌స్తావేజు ఎలా త‌యారు చేయాలి



ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ ప్రభుత్వ రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ శాఖ వెబ్ సైట్‌లో దీనికి ఏర్పాట్లు చేశారు. http://www.registration.ap.gov.in/లో సైన్ ఇన్ అయితే, ఆ త‌ర్వాత ఆరు ద‌శ‌ల‌లో ఈ ప్ర‌క్రియ పూర్తి చేయచ్చు.
  1. రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ చేయించుకునే వారి వివ‌రాలు న‌మోదు చేయాలి.
  2. ఆస్తి షెడ్యూల్ న‌మోదు చేయాలి.
  3. రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌కు అవ‌స‌ర‌మైన స్టాంప్ డ్యూటీ చెల్లించాలి. ఆన్‌లైన్‌లో నగదు చెల్లించవచ్చు
  4. రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ చేసుకుంటున్న వారి మ‌ధ్య అంగీకార‌మైన ష‌ర‌తులు, నిబంధ‌న‌లు తెలియ‌జేయాలి.
  5. కంప్యూట‌ర్ ద్వారా ద‌స్తావేజు తీసుకోవాలి. అందులో త‌ప్పుల‌ను స‌రిదిద్దుకునేలా మొదట సాధార‌ణ పేప‌ర్‌పై, తప్పులు సరిదిద్దిన తర్వాత స్టాంప్ పేప‌ర్‌పై ప్రింట్ తీసుకొన‌వ‌చ్చు.
  6. రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్ కోసం సమయం ఎంచుకుని, ఆన్ లైన్‌లో ఆ స్లాట్ బుక్ చేసుకోవాలి
తర్వాత రిజిస్ట్రేష‌న్‌కు వెళ్లినప్పుడు, వేచి చూడాల్సిన అవ‌స‌రం లేకుండా నేరుగా ఆఫీసులో వెరిఫికేష‌న్ పూర్తి చేసుకుని, ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి చేసుకోవచ్చు అని అధికారులు చెబుతున్నారు.
